Puppyhood isn’t just about dealing with puppy biting, toilet training and obedience training.
Its about helping your puppy adjust to the outside world.
A lot of dog behavioural issues I work with can be tracked back to puppyhood.
Whether it be a fearful dog, frustrated greeter, or an extremely anxious dog. These issues will usually have started in puppyhood and gradually gotten worse over time.
With the right professional help, you can take proactive steps to help your puppy and minimise the risks of behavioural issues occurring later in your dog’s life.

As a qualified trainer & behaviourist I have worked with hundreds of dogs with a variety of behavioural issues.
This has allowed me to identify the areas where things can go wrong and more importantly, how to prevent them from going wrong.
My approach to puppy training is based on two things.
Number 1: Simple management and prevention techniques to reduce the unwanted behaviour immediately. This is key to stopping unwanted behaviour.
Number 2: A long-term training plan, designed to meet your puppy’s needs and giving you a clear aim to work towards. This will be broken down into easy-to-understand steps.
All the training techniques I used are based on positive reinforcement, ethical training methods. There are no aversive tools used such as choke chains & shock collars, along with no use of fear or pain.

Puppy Training FAQ's
My puppy hasn't had their vaccinations yet, when can we start training?
Right away! All training will begin indoors, so there is no need to wait for your puppy's vaccinations to be completed before you start training.
How long are the training sessions?
The first session is 1 & 1/2 hours long. The follow up sessions are 1 hour long.
What training methods do you use?
I only use positive reinforcement & science led techniques. This means that the methods you'll learn will NOT cause your puppy pain, fear or harm. These methods focus on long-term behaviour change, helping you transform your naughty puppy into a well-behaved adult.
What if I need more sessions?
You'll have the ability to book additional sessions, via our online booking service. These sessions will be at the default rate of £75 per session. These additional sessions can be paid in instalments.
Where do the sessions take place?
At first the sessions take place at your home or a quiet location. This is crucial to making sure your puppy understands what's required of them. We will then progress to more distracting environments over time.
What do you mean by a bespoke training plan?
Simply put, what works for one owner might not work for the next one. The same applies to dogs too! Bespoke training will take your puppy individualism (personality, breed & temperament) into account, along with your wants, environment and learning style.
